Trip Overview

Depart from Dublin to Taipei, the capital of Taiwan.

Your private driver will be waiting to transfer you to your luxury hotel for your two night stay. Start enjoying the lively atmosphere of the city as you explore the many night markets and enjoy some delicious street food with your private guide.

Set out on a city tour.

In the company of your private guide, explore Taipei’s quaint colonial lanes and sacred temples that live in harmony with the skyscrapers. Visit Taipei’s most renowned landmarks like the Office of the President, Lungshan Temple and Martyr’s Shrine.

Board the high speed train to Sun Moon Lake.

Disembark in Taichung and privately transfer to your luxury hotel for your one night stay. After settling in, set out on a scenic Sun Moon Lake cruise and explore the temple of Wenwu and Thao Village.

Take the high speed train to Tainan, the oldest city in Taiwan.

Spend the day exploring the city, visiting sites like Fort Provintia, Anping Fort and Anping Old Street. Enjoy a traditional lunch before checking in to your hotel for the night.

Visit the ancient monastery of Foguangshan.

After admiring the largest Buddhist temple in Taiwan, transfer to Kaohsiung to enjoy a guided city tour and exploration of the Liuhe Night Market before arriving at your luxury hotel for the night.

Transfer to Kenting National Park, with scenic stops along the way.

Today will consist of an exploration of Maobitou Park, Chuanfan Rock, Eluanbi Lighthouse and Longpan Park. You’ll then check in to your hotel and enjoy bathing in the hot spring baths during your one-night stay.

Admire the East Coast National Scenic Area.

With your private guide, explore what is known as “Taiwan’s last unspoilt land”. Take a scenic walk along the beautiful coastline and admire the uninterrupted ocean views. You’ll then transfer to a luxury hotel in Taroko Gorge for your one-night stay.

Explore Taroko Gorge with your private guide.

Transfer to the heart of Taroko Gorge, an exceptionally beautiful gorge carved into the marble mountain by the Liwu River. Continue to visit sites like the Swallow Grotto, Changchun Temple and Shakadang Tril.

Transfer to Taipei, for your one night stay.

In the morning, transfer to the international airport for your flight home. Arrive in Dublin.
