OROKO Top Tip

Luxury holidays in Estonia come alive when you embark on a privately guided walking tour of Tallinn. Visit the Open-Air Museum where you can see a recreation of Estonia from the 18th-20th centuries. Other cultural sites not to be missed are the Kumu Art Museum, Tallinn Town Hall and St. Olaf’s Church, the spire of which was once the tallest in the world. Complete your exploration with a sumptuous food tour of the city’s gastronomic hotspots.

Best Time to Visit

For warm weather and plenty of exciting events including the Tall Ship Races, Olesummer (the biggest summer festival in the Baltics & Scandinavia) and Tallinn Medieval Days, the summer months of June to August are the best time to visit Estonia. This is also the ideal time to experience ‘White Nights’, where daylight extends long into the evening. For Christmas lovers, the markets are in full swing come December and are the perfect place to soak up the festive atmosphere.

Unmissable Moments

Experience panoramic views of the capital city with a visit to the Tallinn Television Tower, the country’s tallest building. Thrill seekers can head to the roof of the viewing platform and get their adrenaline fix at the extreme attraction Walk on the Edge. For those who prefer to keep their feet firmly on the ground, visit Telliskivi, located in an old, converted factory centre, which is the largest creative hub in Estonia and home to galleries, bars and hip cafes.
