Your local guide will meet you on arrival and transfer you to your experiential accommodation. Spend three nights in the western Himalayas and gain insight into traditional life on a guided village tour and visit to the Buddhist monastery of Basgo.

Visit Chilling, the only Himalayan village to provide copper, bronze, tin, silver and ironwork to Leh throughout the centuries. Afterwards, enjoy a rafting experience on the Zanskar River and a traditional evening cooking class in Nimoo.

During you’re one-night stay, you’ll visit the charming Phyang Monastery and hike in the surrounding area, with a stop for a scenic picnic lunch. Spend the evening relaxing in your Tibetan homestay or if you’d like, we can arrange an oracle reading.

Follow the valley trails and cross glacial streams to reach Shang La. Place a prayer flag in the stone cairns before reaching Shang Phu village, where you’ll spend the night and enjoy dinner under the stars. In the morning, continue hiking towards Rambirpor.

During your two-night stay, a Buddhist monk will visit your accommodation to share insightful stories. You’ll also take part in early morning prayers in the beauty of Thiksey Monastery and visit Hermis Monastery at early noon.
