Our Flexible Approach

Circumstances surrounding Covid-19 are ever-changing, but there are many positive signs. At OROKO, we are continuing to monitor developments closely. OROKO clients continue to book travel for later this year and into 2021 and to give additional peace of mind, we have adapted our booking policy to be as flexible as possible. You will find an update below on our booking policy.

Guaranteed flexibility

For travel planned up to and including 31 December 2020, OROKO will not charge you should you choose to change to a new destination or if you decide to move your travel dates any time up to 30 days prior to departure. You may rebook to travel any time up to summer 2021. If the airline cancels your flight, you will be provided with a 100% Refund Credit Note for your deposit or balance payment. You can use your Refund Credit Note to book travel for any time in the future. It simply has to be used as a method of payment within a 12-month period from the date of issue.

• We continue to work with all of our suppliers to secure the most flexible bookings conditions possible.
• Additional charges may be incurred for changes to your trip for example due to seasonality or availability.
• Any airline fare differences will be applied to your rescheduled booking.
• Refund Credit Note is only offered if the airline cancels the flights.

Making a new booking with OROKO to travel before 30 September 2020?

• Low deposits: OROKO will charge the lowest possible deposit. This will vary by booking according to airline rules.
• Flexibility on changes: OROKO will permit changes free of charge up to 14 days before departure. Additional costs may apply if moving to a higher season, for example.
• Late balance payments: OROKO will request final balance payments 21 days before departure.
