Drift House
The boutique accommodation of Drift House offers a homely setting in Port Fairy. Housed within a traditional heritage cottage, the six-suite accommodation features richly-textured interiors that use innovative materials like salvaged timber partitions, steel fixtures and local stone walls. Guests at the boutique property are invited to enjoy fine dining at the two-hatted Fen restaurant. Chef Ryan Sessions has created a selection of tasting dishes that feature on the carefully curated degustation menu.
