Trip Overview

Depart from Dublin to Chania.

Your private driver will be waiting to transfer you to your luxury hotel just outside Heraklion, where you will spend the next seven nights.

Discover the village of Anogia and uncover ancient legends.

Collect the keys for your pre-arranged car and drive to the secluded village of Anogia. You will meet your local guide at the entrance of the village before heading towards Nida Plataeu where the Ideon Andron Caves are found, the mythical birthplace of the Greek God, Zeus.

Continue to explore Mount Ida's archaeological site of Zominthos and take part in a fun cookery class.

Observe the ruins of the only mountaintop Minoan settlement. Listen to the interesting history of the site before taking part in a traditional cooking class at a local shepherd’s mountain house.
