Clive began his career in corporate finance and management consultancy which in-turn gave him the opportunity to work overseas in New York, Paris, London, and Seoul.
Combining his love of travel and sport, Clive’s football following has led him around the globe to attend World Cups and Champions League finals. An avid cyclist and runner, Clive has taken part in Africa’s largest road race through Addis Ababa as well as competing in a triathlon at Saint-Jean-de-Luz in the south of France. “These events have given me the opportunity to witness the celebration of humanity as generations and communities gather together – one of the main reasons I love to travel”. His favourite moment was mingling with the million white-clad people on New Year’s Eve at Rio de Janeiro’s Copacabana beach. He made a resolution to return to the stunning spectacle with his wife and four boys one day. Clive always takes in culinary capitals when he travels, with San Sebastián and Buenos Aires topping the bill. Nature is another influence for Clive; he has trekked through Taman Negara in Malaysia and boated along the Amazon in Brazil. He has also hiked across several glacial territories, including Franz Joseph in New Zealand, Torres del Paine National Park in Chile, Perito Moreno in Argentina and the Tierra del Fuego archipelago. Clive needs little excuse to enjoy life’s simple pleasures.
