Luxury Holidays to Capri

The pristine island of Capri lies in the Gulf of Naples, off the west end of Sorrento. Steep cliffs rise majestically from the azure Tyrrhenian Sea, dripped in wisteria-clad villas. Every structure and garden on this picture-perfect isle seem to have been carefully manicured, promising an exceptionally beautiful setting for a summer holiday to Italy. On luxury holidays to Capri, sip authentic Italian coffee in the cafes of Marina Piccola, roam the imperial villas of old or revel in the mystical ambience of the Blue Grotto. We love to combine holidays to Capri with Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. For a taste of city life and beach, Rome and Capri is another fabulous option.

At OROKO, we love the impossibly perfect nature of Capri. We believe that you can experience luxury holidays in Capri at an exceptional value. Be inspired by our range of suggested itineraries and start planning your next getaway.

POCKET GUIDE TO HOLIDAYS TO CAPRI

Best time to visit

The months of May to October are the best time to visit Capri, with temperatures ranging between 20˚C – 29˚C. Outdoor enthusiasts should prioritise visiting either in early summer or autumn (May, June, September and October) as this is the ideal time for activities such as walking, hiking, and boating. For swimming, sunbathing, and water sports, July and August are best, but also the most popular months for Italians and tourists alike. For a memorable day out, head to the world-famous Blue Grotto, a stunning sea cave on Capri’s coastline.

Capri as part of an Italy holiday

Luxury holidays to Capri are perfectly combinable with Sorrento. Spend three days in Sorrento, enjoying a range of memorable experiences including a private wine tasting at the famous Cantine Marisa Cuomo winery, a spectacular opera performance at the Teatro di San Carlo and dinners on panoramic terraces. Then transfer by boat to the island of Capri for the remainder of the trip. Explore the beautiful botanic gardens, enjoy a sublime seafood lunch at Ristorante Il Geranio and visit scenic sites such as Arco Naturale, the historic zig-zag pathway of Via Krupp, towering Mount Solaro and the iconic villa and art collection of San Michele.
