Trip Overview

Depart from Dublin to Salvador.

You will be met on arrival and privately transferred to your city centre accommodation where you’ll spend two nights. Explore the bustling city streets and enjoy relaxing in your colonial style hotel.

Allow us to arrange a privately guided day tour to Pelourinho.

The city is the largest and most well-preserved complex of colonial architecture in the Americas. Stroll through the narrow, bustling streets lined with pastel-coloured buildings while taking in the sights and sounds of the city. You’ll also visit the church of Sao Francisco as well as Pelourinho square.

Privately Transfer to your second destination, Chapada Diamantina.

Check-in to a charming boutique hotel where you will spend the next three nights. Explore the historic centre of Lencois or sunbathe in one of the hotel’s beautiful landscaped gardens.

Spend a day visiting the most important sights of the National Park, including mysterious Lapa Doce Cave and the crystal clear Pratinha lake. Enjoy spectacular views from Pai Inácio mountain and walk alongside the Mucugezinho River. To make this tour even more exclusive, we can set up a picnic at the belvedere of Morro do Camelo, the camel hill. Enjoy the sunset and stunning views of the surrounding valleys.

Enjoy a tour of the Marimbus Wetlands.

Explore the mini Pantanal that exists in the Lencois ecological park, an area of diverse natural beauty. Walk along this unique terrain and when it becomes too difficult on foot, explore by canoe. Look out for rare species such as caiman and capybara while navigating this unique environment.

Visit the Serrano swimming holes and sand caves.

Close to the Lencois river, the Serrano pools have formed, worn smooth from years of erosion. Enjoy a natural hydromassage in the rushing water before visiting colourful sand caves. Continue through the network of caves to encounter several cascading waterfalls. Enjoy a cooling dip in the rock pools ad let the sound of flowing water melt your cares away.

Return to Salvador via private transfer.

Spend one night in Salvador before making your way to your beachside resort.

Arrive in Ilheus for three nights of pure relaxation.

With dense rainforest on one side and powdery white sand on the other, this beautiful spot is paradise on earth. Let your cares drift away in this romantic and secluded part of the world.

During your stay, enjoy some tropical themed excursions.

Tour the beautiful islands of Camamu Bay on a private speedboat before arriving at Tremembe Waterfall. Dive below the surface of tropical waters which rise to meet the Atlantic forest above.
