Although a year-round destination, the best time to embark on luxury holidays to Rome is between April and October, when temperatures range between 19˚C – 31˚C. The ideal time for sightseeing and visiting the city’s many iconic landmarks is late spring or early autumn; the weather is pleasant enough for outdoor dining and the city looks picture-perfect with blue skies and brightly coloured flowers adorning the streets and Spanish Steps. June to August is when the festival season is in full swing.
