POCKET GUIDE TO LUXURY HOLIDAYS TO MYKONOS

Best time to visit

The best time to visit Mykonos largely depends on the kind of holiday you are looking for. Most people choose to visit in July and August as this is when the beach parties are in full swing, though there is good nightlife from May to October. If you would prefer to enjoy Mykonos without the crowds, opt to visit during one of the shoulder seasons (May-June and mid-September- early October).

Mykonos as part of a Greece holiday

Luxury holidays to Mykonos are perfectly combinable with Santorini for the ultimate exploration of the Cyclades. Starting in Santorini, visit two of its finest wineries with an expert sommelier, learning about its centuries-old viticulture and the island’s unique volcanic terrain. Then set out on a guided exploration of the buried city of Akrotiri. On arrival in Mykonos, head to the archaeological site of Delos, the birthplace of Artemis and Apollo. Afterwards, enjoy a private motorboat excursion to Aghia Bay.
