About the role: 

As a Senior Travel Specialist, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for designing and booking bespoke luxury holidays for our discerning clients. You will act as the main point of contact, providing expert guidance and personalised service to ensure a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.

Responsibilities: 

  • Take ownership of selling and booking luxury holidays, including preparing detailed quotations and holiday documentation.
  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and create inspiring itineraries that meet their specific needs.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Execute all bookings, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to the client’s return home.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of OROKO Travel’s portfolio and destinations.
  • Meet with clients face-to-face when required to build rapport and strengthen relationships.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service at all stages of the booking process and embody OROKO Travel’s core values.

About You: 

You are a passionate and experienced travel specialist with a proven track record of success in the luxury travel industry. You possess:

  • In-depth knowledge of various travel destinations and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Location: Our office is based in Clonskeagh, Dublin 6. This role is office-based, offering you the chance to work closely with our team and learn from experienced professionals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in travel, tourism, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the luxury travel industry.
  • Fluency in English.
