Selingan Island Resort
Home to Green and Hawksbilled turtles, Selingan Island is world famous for its turtle conservation programme. Although both species are endangered, the island provides a safe place for them to lay their eggs and return to the sea. Guests can witness the turtles laying their eggs, learn how they are protected and see the mothers tagged. A highlight of any trip is witnessing the baby turtles being returned to the sea. There are many other activities on offer at the resort, such as snorkelling and scuba diving along the coast.
