About the role:
As a Travel Coordinator, you’ll be a key member of our sales team, playing a vital role in designing and booking bespoke luxury holidays for our discerning clients. You’ll work closely with our experienced Travel Specialists to create unforgettable travel experiences that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Support Travel Specialists in the selling and booking of luxury holidays, including preparing quotations and holiday documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements by liaising with suppliers, securing reservations, and ensuring all travel components are confirmed accurately.
- Assist clients with travel-related inquiries, providing detailed information on destinations, logistics, and documentation requirements.
- Manage booking administration, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, payment schedules, and supplier confirmations.
- Ensure seamless execution of bookings from the initial inquiry through to the client’s return home.
- Provide proactive support to resolve any travel issues that may arise before, during, or after a client’s trip.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of travel coordination and documentation.
- Develop strong knowledge of OROKO Travel’s portfolio, destinations, and travel products.
- Learn and become proficient in all relevant software applications and booking systems.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- Uphold OROKO Travel’s high standards of service and embody its core values throughout the client journey.

Location: Our office is based in Clonskeagh, Dublin 6. This role is office-based, offering you the chance to work closely with our team and learn from experienced professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in travel, tourism, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English.
