Follow Ireland across Australia for the Rugby World Cup 2027, from the excitement of match days in Sydney and Perth to the beaches of Rottnest Island and the extraordinary marine life of the Great Barrier Reef. For those wishing to see Ireland's final pool match, an optional Melbourne extension completes the experience.
13 nights in Australia, from 3–16 October 2027. Includes luxury accommodation, international and internal flights, private airport transfers and guided experiences in Sydney, Perth and Port Douglas. Optional three-night Melbourne extension available for Ireland v Uruguay on 17 October. From €8,640 per person.
A Rugby World Cup offers a rare opportunity to experience Australia differently. The fixtures bring you from one coast to another, while the days between matches become an opportunity to discover the country beyond its stadiums.
Between Ireland's matches against Portugal in Sydney and Scotland in Perth, discover the Blue Mountains, cruise Sydney Harbour and encounter the wildlife of Rottnest Island. Then exchange the stadiums for the tropical north, snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef and exploring the ancient Daintree Rainforest. For those following Ireland to Melbourne, a final match against Uruguay can be paired with the city's celebrated food scene and the vineyards of the Yarra Valley.
It is a journey shaped by the tournament, but designed to make the most of everything that happens between matches.

Arrive in Sydney, where you will be met at the airport and transferred privately to your hotel.
The remainder of the day is yours to settle in and explore at your own pace. Perhaps take a gentle walk towards Circular Quay, where the Opera House and Harbour Bridge offer a first glimpse of Australia's most recognisable city.
The key to a World Cup itinerary is getting the balance right. Match days are fixed, but the time around them should feel like a holiday rather than a succession of flights and stadium visits. We have deliberately included four nights in Port Douglas after the Perth fixture. The Great Barrier Reef and Daintree offer a completely different experience of Australia, and a chance to slow down after the excitement of two major matches.
