Tara Fitzgerald

Tara’s love of travel began at a young age, touring the wine regions of France with her family every summer, visiting artisanal growers and rural winemakers. Driving down narrow country lanes, surrounded by vines, arriving at countryside homes and cellars, Tara got to see France away from the tourist-heavy hotspots. “At the time I just wanted to be at the pool or go to Disneyland but as I got older, I realised that this is where my love for getting to the heart of a destination really came from.” Now, she still loves to spend most of her holidays in destinations a little closer to home, believing that there’s always so much more to be explored even in some of her most-frequented spots. Next up for Tara is the Istria peninsula, “Part of Croatia, Italy and Slovenia and I can’t wait to discover the amalgamation of the three cultures!”
