Trip Overview

Depart from Dublin to Lusaka.
From here, you will take a light aircraft flight to Mfuwe airstrip. A Safari 4x4 vehicle will collect you on arrival and transport you to Luangwa national park. The journey will take you through the bush itself and act as a mini safari.
Luangwa national park is renowned for its beautiful scenery and views.
Spend three nights in a luxurious lodge in this remote paradise. Enjoy sightings of hippo, herds of elephants and prides of lions taking a drink from the oxbow lake in front of the lodge.

Sleep out under the stars and fall asleep to the sounds of the bush as all sorts of nocturnal creatures come to life. Bunker down in the wildlife hide to get up close and personal with rare and dangerous wildlife.

Said to be one of the greatest wildlife sanctuaries in the world, there are plenty of opportunities for sightings here. With 60 animal species and 400 bird species inhabiting the park, there is plenty to look out for.

You will be met on arrival and privately transferred to a hand selected lodge located along the Zambezi River. Spend three nights here exploring Livingstone and Victoria Falls.

You will be met on arrival and privately transferred to the final stop on your journey, a luxurious safari lodge. Spend three nights here in the Okavanga Delta surrounded by stunning wildlife and scenery.

Try out a Mokoro Safari.
Paddle along the river in a long and shallow boat for a completely unique safari experience. The slow speed and silent nature of the boat allows explorers to encounter even the shyest of animals.

Return to Khwai airport and fly to Livingstone.
From here, you will fly home. Arrive in Dublin.

Tongabezi Lodge

Tongabezi Lodge makes for a peaceful stay before or after a safari or for those looking to explore the Victoria Falls and Livingstone area. Located along the Zambezi River, the lodge consists of six private houses and five river cottages. The area affords a variety of activities, from bush walks and boat trips to game drives and hikes. Activities include visits to Victoria Falls, canoeing on the river and trips to Tujatane Village for an insight into local life.


Time + Tide Luwi

Time + Tide Luwi sits deep in the heart of South Luangwa National Park. Situated along the Luwi riverbed, enjoy exclusivity and privacy in a remote area where only wildlife roam. The solar powered lodge consists of five traditional huts that are built each year using grass and thatch. There is a permanent oxbow lagoon neighbouring the camp which attracts wildlife from far and wide, especially during the dry season. The wildlife hide that overlooks the resident hippo pod offers unbeatable sightings of not only hippo but herds of elephants and mighty lions.
