Megève is an exceptionally stylish and chic resort with an abundance of fine dining options on and off the mountain, attracting the rich and famous since the 1920s. Stunning views of Mont Blanc from most of the ski area. The village itself has kept its medieval and rustic feel with cobbled streets, horse-drawn sleighs and a 13th Century church tower.
Ideal for beginner to intermediate skiers as the mountain offers miles of well-groomed pistes perfect for easy cruising. For those who like exploring, you can ski a different zone every day and find something new. Serious free riders can head to Chamonix or enjoy the scenic tree-lined off-piste that Megève has to offer. Fresh powder tracks can be found up until late afternoon with ease after a snowfall.
For those looking for the legendary French après experience, La Folie Douce at the top of the Mont Joux ski lift hosts its classic après parties every afternoon with DJs, musicians, dancers and everything else you could possibly want from an après scene. Megève is famous for its variety of fine dining with a total of 30 Michelin starred restaurants and chefs, for a combined 48 starts within the resort.
