Trip Overview

Get to know Yangon on a privately guided city tour.

Soak up this charming city with its unique spiritual personality and impressive colonial history. Enjoy a visit to the iconic Shwedagon Pagoda in the late afternoon and see the changing colours of the temple in the day and night.

Delve deeper into the city on Yangon’s circular train line.

With your private guide, learn more about the local life and culture. Pass through often-overlooked districts, stop to visit a local market, savour lunch at a Burmese restaurant, and disembark downtown to see St. Mary’s Cathedral.

Next, fly from Yangon to Inle Lake.

You will be transferred on arrival to your luxury accommodation, where you’ll spend three nights.

Enjoy an authentic Inle guided tour in a longtail boat.

Leave the tourist trail behind and discover an authentic corner of Inle Lake. With your guide, journey past spectacular scenery on the way to Inle’s far southern reaches. Your flight is to Mandalay, Burma’s religious heart.

Spend two nights in a beautiful handpicked property on Mandalay Bay.

Start peddling to the jetty, to catch a boat and transfer to the other side of the Irrawaddy River. Enjoy the breeze on the Irrawaddy River before wandering among the ruins of King Bodawpaya. Pedal between ancient capitals along the banks of the Irrawaddy River through rural villages. The breathtaking sunset over the Taungthaman Lake will make the trip memorable.

Then from Mandalay, you will fly to Bagan.
