In this suggested itinerary, you’ll visit the vibrant city of Bangkok, travel to Northern Thailand to experience a different side of the country, then end your trip on the pristine sands of Koh Phangan. Delve deep into the remarkable culture of the country with incredible day tours and excursions. See the chanting monks welcome the sunrise at Wat Pho, meet locals at the traditional floating markets or snorkel in warm waters of Koh Phangan.

Trip Overview

Depart from Dublin to Bangkok.

On arrival, you will be greeted by your driver and privately transferred to a luxury hotel located in the heart of Bangkok for three nights.

Spend a day exploring two of Bangkok's most iconic sites; the Grand Palace and Wat Pho.

With your private guide, learn more about Buddhism in Thailand as well as the country’s much loved Royal Family.

Visit Damnoen Saduak, one of Thailand's most famous floating markets.

With your private guide, visit the small canals, locally known as ‘klongs’. These are brimming with vendors in flat-bottom boats, jostling for a position and all keen to sell their wares of vegetables, cooked food and souvenirs.

Depart to Chiang Mai in northern Thailand.

On arrival, you will be greeted by your driver and privately transferred to a luxury hotel where you’ll spend three nights.

Spend a lively evening in Chiang Mai’s vibrant street food markets.

Explore the market accompanied by your own guide, who will be happy to make some recommendations on ‘must-try’ dishes.

Enjoy a guided cycling tour through the Lanna countryside.

Cycle past rice fields, local markets and temples. Culminate your day of cycling at Sankampaeng Hot Springs for a rejuvenating dip that will soothe those tired muscles.

Depart to Koh Samui.

You will be met on arrival and transferred by speedboat to a luxury beach resort in Koh Phangan. Spend your final four nights relaxing together on the warm sand of Koh Phangan.

Enjoy a full day snorkelling in the Gulf of Thailand.

Snorkel picture perfect Koh Tao & Koh Nangyuan to see the incredible tropical life that exists below the surface.

It’s time to leave Koh Phangan and return to the mainland for your flight home.
