The best time to embark on luxury Crete holidays is between May and October, when temperatures range between 20˚C-32˚C. For sunseekers, June – September is the ideal time to visit. The summer months are also a great time to take a road trip around the island, where you can get off the beaten path and still find quieter destinations and beaches. Shoulder season (May and June, September, and October) is the best time for sightseeing.
