The evening campfire provides a welcome atmosphere for pre-dinner drinks amid a Tanzanian sunset.

Lake Manyara National Park is one of Tanzania’s smaller wilderness enclaves. With lofty mountainside, flourishing marshlands, dense woodlands, grassy areas and hot springs it’s home to a variety of habitats. The park is renowned for having the largest concentration of baboons in the world and lions can also be seen here lazing in the shade of trees.

You will also have the chance to see large herds of elephants, impala, gazelle and hartebeest.

You’ll be taken to the Sangaiwe Tented Lodge, located near the new Sangaiwe gate to the Tarangire National Park, the lodge offers luxury tented accommodation with stunning views over Lake Burungi to the Great Rift Valley escarpment beyond.
