Casa Gallina
Located on the edge of historic Taos and surrounded by tranquil pastoral farmlands, Casa Gallina comprises a collection of adobe casitas. Translated as ‘Hen House’, Casa Gallina’s name is a nod to the hens that roam the land and provide the inn with fresh eggs daily.
